We are here to perfect your technique and guide you on best practices for erg training! Select from 30 min, 45 min, and 60 min options. You can also utilize our on-land bladework apparatus to perfect your handle movements before heading back out on the water!
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please give more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations or no-shows within the 24 hour window will not receive a refund unless deemed an emergency.
