When and Where Is This Camp?

Dates: Friday, January 9 – Sunday, January 11, 2026

Location: Tampa, FL (ARION Winter Training Site on Bypass Canal)
Tentative Itinerary
Friday:
-
7:30–9:30 AM – Coached row in 4x/2x alongside ARION for warm-up
-
12:00–2:00 PM – Video review + presentation
-
2:00–3:00 PM – ARION row in 2x (ARION athlete in stroke or bow)
-
3:00–4:00 PM – Mobility and recovery
Saturday:
-
7:30–9:30 AM – Coached pieces in 4x/2x alongside ARION 1xs
-
9:30–10:30 AM – Coffee Q&A with athletes
-
12:00–2:00 PM – Video review + presentation
-
2:00–3:00 PM – ARION row in 2x
-
3:00–4:00 PM – Mobility and recovery
Sunday:
-
7:30–8:30 AM – Personal strength training session

8:30–9:30 AM – ARION row in 2x

9:30–11:30 AM – Brunch in town with coaches
Requirements to Attend
Participants must:
-
Be 18 years or older (no upper limit)
-
Confidently row in a racing 2x
-
Be healthy and physically fit to handle two practices per day
-
Weigh between 120–190 lbs to fit comfortably in ARION equipment
References may be checked to ensure the camp is the right fit for your skill level.
Cost & What’s Included
Registration Fee: $1,250
Includes:

Coaching and instruction from top-tier professionals with Olympic and World Championship experience

Use of high-level rowing shells, oars, and equipment

Rowing directly with elite ARION athletes

Exclusive camp merchandise
Proceeds directly support ARION athletes on their national team journey.
Not included: Lodging, food, transportation, and additional activities.
How Many Athletes Will Be Accepted?
This exclusive camp is limited to 6 athletes.
Acceptance is first-come, first-served after meeting skill-level requirements.
If the camp is full, you can join a waitlist for future camps.
If this camp is still being advertised, at least one seat remains available.
Do I Need My Own Boat?
No — you’ll row in ARION-owned equipment.
If you prefer to bring your own boat, oars, or other gear, please confirm with the coaches upon acceptance.
Where Should I Stay?
There are many excellent hotel and Airbnb/Vrbo options nearby.
Once accepted, we’ll share detailed information on training and athlete housing locations.
