Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and are not guaranteed. 3.2% processing fees that are included in the price will be retained. Oaracle reserves the right to refund your policy in full and cancel your booking if coaches feel it is not an appropriate experience for your level. Fees include costs of equipment, coaching, and facility use. Housing, transportation, optional activity costs, and food are NOT included in the price. If weather or other unforeseen factors result in full or partial cancellation, camp attendees will be offered a credit to be used toward future camps.
