  • One FREE 60-minute private lesson/month (virtual or in-person within 45’ of Saratoga Springs: on land, in rowing tanks, or on-water)

Our Strength Training plans are specifically designed to complement and enhance your rowing and overall quality of life in a safe, supportive, and efficient way.

Whether you're following an Oaracle plan or have your own regimen, our flexible options include 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week that fit seamlessly with your current workout routine.

These plans are crafted to maximize your personal growth, focusing on building the strength, power, and endurance necessary to excel on and off the water.
